You can now get your tickets for the new Chorley Flower Show to be held in the historic grounds of Astley Hall, Coach House and Park.
The event will see the unveiling of Chorley's award-winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show exhibit, The Evaders' Garden, as well as a once in a lifetime opportunity to see paintings up close and personal in Astley Hall.
It also features a professional exhibitors' marquee, horticultural trade stands, a chance to meet celebrity gardeners Bob Flowerdew and David Domoney and a gardening theatre. There's also an amateur marquee, which you still have chance to enter, a vintage fair with heater-skelter and shows from children's television characters.
Tickets are £4 adult and £2 children - it will be free parking on the day with spaces on West Way playing fields and a park and ride from Botany Bay.

Since last summer Chorley Council has been pulling together options for the site after the opportunity was highlighted in the town centre masterplan. 3. Have a healthy Ramadan Advice has been issued to Muslims across the Chorley borough who are fasting during the month of Ramadan. Chorley Council is offering health and well-being advice to Muslims who live in the area, which includes keeping hydrated and to continue to take medication while fasting. | ![]() |
4. Electoral Review of Lancashire You may be aware that the Local Government Boundary Commission for England is undertaking an electoral review of Lancashire County Council. 5. Wildflowers and willow figures Wildflowers and willow figures will again take centre stage to help Chorley bloom this summer following the fantastic feedback from last year. Chorley Council has added to its ‘family’ of willow features on roundabouts and increased the number of wildflower areas, whilst working with the new community-led Chorley in Bloom group to make the borough look spectacular for residents and visitors alike. | ![]() |
6. Help make Chorley bloom There are some blooming marvellous gardens in Chorley and the search is once again on to find the best in the borough. Chorley Council, in partnership with Chorley Community Housing (CCH), has launched its annual Best Kept Garden competition and is looking for green-fingered gardeners to enter the contest which has £1000 worth of vouchers up for grabs. | ![]() |
